MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE. ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville.
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Tuesday
February 20, 2001 in the office of the Authority #1
North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson. Chairperson, called the meeting to
order.
Commissioners Present: Clinehens, Duggan. Richardson,
Childress
Commissioners Absent: Watson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson. Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the January 16. 2001 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The January Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson gave an update on the current Comp Grant funds
for the year 2000. This funding will cover windows and
plumbing fixtures for the Hillcrest Towers apartments.
The contract for this funding should be let sometime in
April or May of this year and presented to the Board at
that time.
The March Regular Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday,
March 27th, 2001. The change of dates is due to a Legislative
Conference in Washington that Mr. Wilson will be attending.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
