OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Tuesday
December 19, 2000 in the office of the Authority #1
North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Charles Clinehens, Chairperson, called the meeting to
order.
Commissioners Present: Clinehens, Dugan
Commissioners Absent: Richardson, Childress, Watson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
No Quorum was present due to illness and inclement weather
conditions.
Therefore, votes were tallied for Mr. Clinehens and Mr.
Dugan in their presence. Votes were polled over the phone for
Ms. Childress and Ms. Watson. Ms. Richardson could not be
reached for her vote. The following items were passed.
The Minutes of the November 21, 2000 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The November Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
Charles Clinehens was re-elected as commissioner to
serve a five year term that will end 12/28/05.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
