OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Tuesday
May 16, 2000 in the office of the Authority #1
North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Charles Clinehens, Chairperson, called the meeting to
order.
Commissioners Present: Clinehens, Richardson, Childress,
Watson, Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin,
Randy Hoeschen
The Minutes of the April 18, 2000 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The April Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED PUBLIC HOUSING POLICY.
Resolution No. 643 was approved by motion, seconded, and
carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED SECTION 8 VOUCHER ADMINISTRATIVE
PLAN. Resolution No. 644 was approved by motion, seconded,
and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson introduced Mr. Randy Hoeschen with Barge,
Wagner, Sumner & Cannon Inc. He is currently our
Architectural Planner for our Comp Grant Funds and he
will also be working on the Fayetteville Housing Authority's
Five year and Annual plan for the PHAS program.
Mr. Hoeschen discussed the two plans and what needed to
be done before they were submitted to HUD in Little
Rock, AR. He discussed that the July Board Meeting will
be moved up one Tuesday, to give time for the required
Public Hearing. The Comp Grant Funds are now called
Capital Funds.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 643
RESOLUTION ADOPTING REVISED PUBLIC HOUSING POLICY
WHEREAS, the present Statement of Policies Governing
Admission to and Continued Occupancy for Low -Rent Public
Housing in Fayetteville, Arkansas needs to be updated to
reflect changes in regulations,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the Fayetteville, Arkansas that the attached
Revised Public Housing Policy be adopted.

WHEREAS, the present Section 8 Voucher Administrative Plan
for Rental Assistance, adminstrated by the Fayetteville.
Housing Authority, needs to be updated to reflect changes
in regulations,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of the Housing
Authority of the Fayetteville, Arkansas that the, attached
Revised Section 8 Voucher Adminstrative//- Plan be adopted.
