OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville.
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Tuesday
March 14. 2000 in the office of the Authority #1
North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairperson, called the meeting to order.
Commissioners Present: Hudspeth, Richardson, Clinehens,
Watson
Commissioners Absent: Childress
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the February 15, 2000 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The February Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
Under other business the Board discussed that the
Fayetteville Housing Authority has ordered drapes for the
tenants of Hillcrest Towers with the left over money from
the 1999 Comp Grant. It was also discussed that the
Hillcrest Towers floors in the lobby area and elevator
area needed professionally stripped and re -waxed.
The board was updated on the current status on the
investigation conducted by the Department of Fair
Housing in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Motion was carried unanimously to send a donation to the
memorial fund in memory of Mr. Clarence Fries (previous
commissioner) to display sympathy for his recent death.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
