MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday
January 21, 1998 in the office of the Authority #1
North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Charles Clinehens, Chairperson, called the meeting to
order.
Commissioners Present: Clinehens, Childress,
Hudspeth, Fries
Commissioners Absent: Richardson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the December 17, 1997 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
Charles Clinehens was re-elected as chairperson to serve
a one year term which will end January, 1999.
Janet Richardson was elected as vice chairperson to
serve a one year term which will end January, 1999.
Approval of HC Roof Space Lease for a cellular antennae
was tabled until the next board meeting. There was
discussion as to the possibility of adding a clause
to the lease that will allow a way out incase problems
should arise with the tenants or HUD. Further research
was needed before approval.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
