MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday
October 15, 1997 in the office of the Authority #1
North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Charles Clinehens, Chairperson, called the meeting to
order.
Commissioners Present: Clinehens, Childress, Fries,
Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent: Richardson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the September 17, 1997 Regular Meeting were
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
411 The September Financial Statement was approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson presented to the board information concerning
repair work that will be done at Lewis Plaza by Power
Lift and Mr. James Waddell. Power Lift will be paid
between $3400 and $3800 to repair foundation work on
two apartments. James Waddell will be paid $19,800
to remove top soil and put in French drains to take
care of the flooding and drainage problems at Lewis Plaza.
Motion was approved seconded and carried unanimously to
proceed with the above designated repair work.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
