ARKANSAS The Housing Authority of the City of Fayettteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday Mar7_h-20.7'1996' in the office of the Authority #1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Charles Clinehens, called the meeting to order. Commissioners Present: Commissioners Absent: Fries, Clinehens. Childress Hudspeth, Richardson Others Present: Bromo Wilson The Minutes of the January 17. 1995 Regular Meeting were approved by notion, seconded. and carried unanimously. There was no February, 1996 meeting because a quorum wasn't present. The January and February Financial Statements was approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously. RESOLUTION NO. 583 -AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF CERTAIN NON -EXPENDABLE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS JUNKED was approved by motion. seconded. and carried unanimously. RESOLUTION NO. 58V -AUTHORIZING THE CHARGE OFF OF DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS OF FORMER TENANTS FOR PERIOD 10/1-95 -3/31/96 was approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. ATT THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CMY OF FAYETTEVL-E•LE. /IRKANS !S IRPERSON SECRETARY • • • RESOLUTION NO. 582 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE-OFF OF CERTAIN NON -EXPENDABLE EQUIPMENT THAT WAS JUNKED. 1 WHEREAS, the HUD Manual 7510.1 provides for the write off of certain non -expendable equipment that is junked, and WHEREAS, the most recent list of equipment that has been declared not in working order and non -repairable and has been junked needs to be written off. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that the attached list of equipment be written off the property ledger of the Fayetteville Housing Authority.
