MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday April 19, 1995 in the office of the
Authority 1/1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairperson, called the meeting to order.
Commissioners Present: Richardson, Hudspeth, Clinehens
Commissioners Absent: Childress, Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the March 15, 1995 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
The March Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded, and carried
unanimously.
Other Business discussed was concerning the Comprehensive Grant 1995 Funds.
A Tenants Meeting was held on April llth, 1995 to give an overall view of
what the 95 funds would cover. At this time, the most needed item would
be to revamp the electrical wiring at Willow Heights and Lewis Plaza.
The construction work for the 93 and 94 funds should begin soon.
