MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:00 A. M. Wednesday January 18, 1995 in the office of the
Authority Ill North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

called the meeting to order.

The Minutes of the December 21, 1994 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded, and carried
unanimously.
Dan Hudspeth was re-elected as Chairperson to serve a one year term which will
end December 31, 1995.
Clarence Fries was re-elected as Vice Chairperson to serve a one year term which
will 'end December 31, 1995.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
