OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
• Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday August 10, 1994 in the office of the Authority
#1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairperson, called the meeting to order.
Commissioners Present: Hudspeth, Clinehens, Childress, Richardson
Commissioners Absent: Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the July 20, 1994 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded, and carried unanimously.
The July Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded, and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR COMPUTER HARDWARE & SOFTWARE
UPGRADE FOR FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY. Resolution No. 562 was approved
by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONER
UNITS IN THE WILLOW HEIGHTS AND LEWIS PLAZA HEAD STARTS BUILDINGS. Resolution
No. 563 was approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The September Regular Meeting will be held on September 21, 1994 due to the
Fall NAHRO meeting scheduled for the week of 12th thru the 16th.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, THAT THE FOLLOWING
CONTRACT BE AWARDED TO:

for bids for above work and the only bid received

WHEREAS, The Fayetteville Housing Authority deems this bid
reasonable and the Fayetteville Housing Authority
has sufficient funds in the Section 8 Rental
Assistance Administrative Reserve to purchase the
above mention bid item,
