OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
• Regular Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 16, 1994 in the office
of the Authority #1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Clarence Fries Vice Chairperson, called the meeting to order.
Commissioners Present: Fries, Richardson, Childress, Clinehens
Commissioners Absent: Hudspeth
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the December 21, 1993 Regular Meeting were approved by
motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
The December & January Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded,
and carried unanimously.
Clarence Fries was re-elected to serve a five year term as Commissioner which
will end December 28, 1998.
A motion was made to re-elect Dan Hudspeth as Chairperson for a one year term
and Clarence Fries as Vice Chairperson for a one year term, motion was seconded
and carried unanimously.
• The Fayetteville Housing Authority held a tenant's meeting on February 22, 1994
at the Hillcrest Towers to update on the Capital Grant activities. Bids will
be let around August, 1994 for the 1993 - 1994 proposed work.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
