MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in
Regular Session at 8:00 A. M. Wednesday January 20, 1993, in the office
of the Authority #1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Charles Clinehens Chairperson, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Clinehens, Hudspeth, Richardson
Commissioners Absent: Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Fredia Sawin
The Minutes of the December 16, 1992 Regular Meeting were approved by
motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and
carried unanimously.
The Commissioners passed unanimously to table the Election of a
Commissioner until the February Regular Meeting.
Chairperson, Charles Clinehens asked for nomination of Chairman and
Vice Chairman. Dan Hudspeth was nominated for the position of Chairman,
the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. Clarence Fries was
nominated for the position of Vice Chairman, the motion was seconded
and carried unanimously.
Bromo Wilson presented information to the commissioners that the
Fayetteville Housing Authority would be purchasing three Bartlett Pear
Trees, at the request of the Hillcrest Towers tenants, to be planted
in the court yard. Also, a new Fax Machine would be purchased. Both
of these items would be purchased with Section 8 funds.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
