MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday Mayc20, 1992, in the office of the Authority
#1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Charles Clinehens Chairperson, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were^presnt:

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF PUBLIC HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT
PROGRAM (PHMAP) CERTIFICATION FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING 9730/91!( Resolution No.
529, was approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF 120
SCREEN DOORS ON ALL THE DWELLING UNITS AT HILLCREST TOWERS HOUSING COMPLEX
AR 097-001. Resolution No. 530 , was approved by motion, seconded, and
carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF PUBLIC HOUSING
MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT PROGRAM (PHMAP) CERTIFICATION FOR
FISCAL YEAR ENDING 9/30/91.
WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners of the Fayetteville
Housing Authority is required to review the Annual PHMAP
Certification and authorize the submission of the PHMAP

WHEREAS, The Board of Commissioners of the Fayetteville
Housing Authority did review the attached PHMAP
Certification for Fiscal Year Ending 9/30/91
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY:
That the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners and the
Executive Director of the Housing Authority are authorized
to execute the attached PHMAP Certification for Fiscal
Year Ending 9/30/91

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF 120 SCREEN DOORS ON ALL THE DWELLING
UNITS AT HILLCREST TOWERS HOUSING COMPLEX AR 097-001
WHEREAS, The Fayetteville Housing Authority received
sealed bids on May 18, 1992 for purchase and installation
of 120 Screen Doors on all dwelling units in Hillcrest
Towers housing complex AR 097-001, which bids have been
opened, tabulated and found in proper form and are listed
below:
1. Arkansas Glass & Mirror Company
1201 Garrison Ave / Ft Smith, AR Bid $27,733.00
2. Henderson Home Improvements
P.O. Box 639 / Barling AR Bid $29,748.00
AND WHEREAS, the low bid of $27,733.00 is within the line
item of the budget approved by HUD, it is recommended that
the Fayetteville Housing Authority accept the bid of
$27,733.00 from Arkansas Glass & Mirror Company of Ft.
Smith, AR.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY:
1. That the contract for purchase & installation of
120 Screen Doors on all dwelling units of Hillcrest
Towers, AR 097-001 be awarded to Arkansas Glass & Mirror
Company in amount of $27,733.00.
2. That Bromo Wilson, Executive Director of the
Housing Authority is hereby appointed to serve as
contracting officer for the project. The contracting
officer is also delegated by the Authority to execute the
contract and all change orders (limited by the policies,
rules and procedures as set forth by HUD) affecting the
