OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authdrity of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday January 15, 1992, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson Chairperson, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Hudspeth,Clinehens, Morgan, Fries, Richardson
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Elizabeth Reagan, William Reagan, Bromo Wilson,
Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the December 18, 1991 Regular Meeting were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
• The December Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
Charles Clinehens was elected to serve a one year term as Chairperson and Dan
Hudspeth was elected to serve a one year term as Vice Chairperson.
The.Head"Start at Lewis Plaza has to move the play yard to the side of the apartment
complex. Bromo ask that we help by paying for the fence around the play area. The
cost would be $800.00. It was -approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
