MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday December 18, 1991, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson Chairperson,called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Clinehens, Richardson, Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent: Morgan Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the October 16, 1991 Regular Meeting were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The October and November Financial Statement's were approved by motion, seconded and
carried unanimously.
•Janet Richardson was elected to serve a five year term as Commissioners that will end
12/28/96.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
