MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday October 16, 1991, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Clarence Fires, Called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Fries, Morgan, Clinehens, Hudsbeth.
Commissioners Absent: Richardson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the September 18, 1991 Regular Meeting were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The September Financial Statement and Fiscal Year Ending Statement were approved
by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson Discussed removing the carpet in the office lobby and replacing it with
tile. The • board approved.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
