MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:oo A.M. Wednesday August 21, 1991, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:

The Minutes of the July 17,
and carried unanimously.
The July Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE UPDATE OF TENANTS' UTILITY ALLOWANCES FOR PUBLIC HOUSING
SITES OF WILLOW HEIGHTS, LEWIS PLAZA AND MORGAN MANOR. Resolution No. 523, was
approved by motion, seconded, and carried unanimously.
Janet Richardson ask if we could do more about cleaning up Willow Heights. Bromo
Wilson said he would see about having some of the tenants children help and we
would furnish the bags.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 523
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE UDATE OF TENANTS' UTILITY
ALLOWANCES FOR PUBLIC HOUSING SITES OF WILLOW HEIGHTS,
LEWWIS PLAZA AND MORGAN MANOR
WHEREAS, The Fayetteville Housing Authority allow certain
tenants' utility allowances and they are updated from time
to time
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY THAT The attached
updated schedule of Uitlity allowances for Willow Heights,
Lewis Plaza and Morgan Manor be adopted and effective
October 1, 1991.
