OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday May 15, 1991, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Morgan, Hudspeth, Richardson
Commissioners Absent: Clinehens, Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the April 17, 1991 Regular Meeting were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The April Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
Bromo Wilson reported that the lights at Willow Heights were being installed, on
building #23 and #29.
• He also reported that we had hung 240 plants in Hillcrest Towers.' The Chamber of
Commerce ask that ever one plant red flowers this year to carry out the theme
"Plant the Town Red", as a town permotion.
The Mcllroy Bank ask that a Collateralization of Deposits be signed with the approved
sigantures. The board approved Bromo Wilson and Coretta Edwards signatures.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
