MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS

The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:0o A.M. Wednesday, April 17, 1991, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Hudspeth, Clinehens, Richardson, Fries
Commissioners Absent: Morgan
Others Present: Joyce Stout of Human Services, Bromo Wilson, Toady
Edwards
The Minutes of the March 27, 1991 Regular Meeting were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The March Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
Joyce Stout Human Services ask the Commissioners to look into more outside lighting
• at Willow Heights. Charles.Clinhens, said he would check on what was available and
Bromo said we would have two installed, if they stay up we will add more if necessary.
Ms Stout had other suggestions, Bromo said we would look into repainting the play
yard equipment and etc..
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
