The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 A.M. October 31, 1990, in the office of the Authority # 1 North School,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson, Vice -Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon Roll Call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Morgan, Richardson, Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent: Windham, Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the September 26, 1990 Regular Meeting, were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The Financial Statement for June, July and August were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The Financial Statements for Fiscal Year Ending 9/30/90 were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
