MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 24, 1990, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Richardson, Hudspeth, Morgan, Fries
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the December 20, 1989 Regular Meeting, were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement for December was approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairman ask for nomination for the position of Chairman of the Board.
Clarence Fries was nominated for the position of Chairman, the motion was seconded
and carried unanimously. Janet Richardson was nominated for the Position of Vice -
Chairman, the motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
