MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:30 A.M. Wednesday, December 20, 1989, in the office of the Authority #1 North
School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Richardson, Hudspeth, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Fries, Windham
Other Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the October 25, 1989 Regular Meeting, after correction were approved
by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
The Financial Statements for October and November were approved by motion; seconded
and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN SECITON 8 EXISTING PROGRAM.
Resolution No. 502, was approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
Dan Hudspeth term as Commissioner expires 12/28/89, the Board re-elected
Dan to serve another five year term that will end 12/28 /94.
Dan Hudspeth, discussed changing the starting time of the monthly meetings to
8:00 A.M.. All Commissioners present approved of the new time.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned

RESOLUTION NO. 502

RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
SECTION 8 EXISTING PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Administrative Plan of the Section 8 Existing Program needs
to be revised from time to time to reflect certain changes in
current HUD rules and regulations,and
WHEREAS, the HUD office out of Little Rock conducted a Section 8 Review
on May 8-10, 1989 and recommended certain changes and
WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority revised the Administrative
Plan and submitted in August 1989 a draft copy of revised
plan and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock HUD office in a letter of October 16, 1989
approved the revised Administrative Plan,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
HOUSING AUTHORITY, that the revised Adminstrative Plan Section 8 Existing is
hereby approved.

RESOLUTION ADMENDING THE EMPLOYEES HEALTH BENEFITS PLAN OF FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the HUD Handbook #7401.7, The Public Housing Agency Personnel Policies
Handbook, Part II Employee Benefits Plan provides for Dental Expense -
Benefits,
NOW:THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE that the present Health Insurance Plan with the:.
Municiapal League of Arkansas be admended to include dental expenses
and the Housing Authority contributions as the employer remain the
same as the other health benefits in the plan which is 100% for individual
and 75% for family contributions as provided by the HUD Manual #7401.7.
