MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Sessions
at 8:00 O'clock A.M. Wednesday, January 18, 1989, in the office of the Authority
#1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Morgan, Windham, Fries, Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent : Richardson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the December 21, 1988 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairman ask for nomination for the position of Chairman of the
Board. Dan Hudspeth was nominated for the position of Chairman, the motion
was seconded and carried unanimously Janet Richardson was nominated for the
Position of Vice Chairman, the motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
