OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:00 A.M. Wednesday June 29, 1988, in the office of the Authority
#1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Hudspeth, Morgan, Windham
Commissioners Absent: Fries, Richardson
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The Minutes of the May 18, 1988 Regular Meeting were approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously. . -
The May Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF REVISED OPERATING BUDGET NO. 1 FOR FISCAL
YEAR ENDING 9/30/88. Resolution No. 465 was approved by motion, seconded and
carried unanimously
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING
9/30/89. Resolution NO. 466 was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL. OF REVISED OPERATING BUDGET NO. 1' FOR
FAYETTEVIL'LE HOUSING -AUTHORITY FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING 9/30/88/ PROJECT
NO. AR097001 & 002

A. Be it Resolved by the Commissioners of the Public Housing Agency of the
City of Fayetteville that:
1. The proposed expenditures are necessary in the efficient and•econanical
operation. of the housing agency for the purpose of servicing lou -incase
families. '
2. The financial plan is reasonable in that:
a. It indicates.a source'of funding adequate to rover all proposed
expenditures.
b. It does not provide for.use.of Federal Funding in excess of that pay-
able under the provision of 24.0 R 890, Subpart A. .
3.
All proposed rental charges and expenditures will be consistent with pro-
visions of law and the Annual Contributions Contract.
B. Pursuant to Section 860.4 of .the final rule, effective' April 1, 1983, the PIA
mentioned herein is re-examining the incomes of all families living in the
project at least once a year
