• OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority �f the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 o'clock A.M. Wednesday January 20, 1988, in the office of the Authority,
#1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Dan Hudspeth, Vice Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: 'Richardson, Morgan, Windham, Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent: Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the December 16, 1987 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
Dan Hudspeth, Vice Chairman ask for nomination for the position of Chairman of
the Board. Dan Hudspeth was nominated for the position of Chairman, the motion
was seconded and carried unanimously. Clarence Fries was nominated for the
position of Vice Chairman, the motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
Robert Windham, made a motion that the Fayetteville Housing Authority would pay
NAHRO dues for the commissioners wishing membership, the motion was seconded and
carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
