OF THE CITY OF.FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:00 o'clock A.M. Wednesday December 16, 1987, in the office of the Authority,
lit North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Clarence Fries, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:

The minutes of the November 18, 1987 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The November Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SWRC/NAHRO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING JANUARY
• 15-18, 1988 AT ALBUQUERQUE,.NEW MEXICO. Resolution No. 457, was approved by motion
seconded and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO NAHRO 1988
AT WASHINGTON, D.C.. Resolution No.458 ,
and carried unanimously.
LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE FEBRUARY 1-3, 1988
was approved by motion, seconded
Sherman Morgans term as Commissioner expires 12/28/87, the Board re-elected
Sherman Morgan to serve another five year term that will end 12/28/92.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SWRC/NAHRO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
MEETING JANUARY 15-18, 1988 AT ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO.
WHEREAS, the SWRC/NAHRO executive committee and standing committees
will be held January 15-18, 1988 at Albuquerque, New Mexico,
WHEREAS, Bromo Wilson is on the SWRC/NAHRO Executive Committee,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for Bromo
Wilson be paid to this meeting in accordance with the
agency's policy.

FEBRUARY 1-3, 1988 AT WASHINGTON, D.C.
WHEREAS, the NAHRO 1988 Legislative Conference will be held
February 1-3, 1988 at Washington D.C. and
WHEREAS, the ARK/NAHRO CHAPTER will host a congressional
breakfast for the Arkansas Senators and Representatives
and there will be other discussion and programs concerning
