OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular Session
at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday November 18, 1987, in the office of the Authority,
#1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Clarence Fries, Chairperson called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Hudspeth, Richardson, Windham, Morgan, Fries
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the October -21, 1987 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The October Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, UPDATING
THE BROAD RANGE INCOME DISTRIBUTIONS WITH OCCUPANCY GOALS. Resolution No. 456 ,
was approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 456
RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, UPDATING THE BROAD RANGE
INCOME DISTRIBUTIONS WITH OCCUPANCY GOALS.
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas has adopted certain occupancy goals based on Broad
Range Income Distributions and
WHEREAS, the Department of HUD has notified the agency
by letter dated October 30, 1987 to update the Broad Range
Income Distributions and has provided the factors to update
with,
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners
of the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville that the
attached updated Broad Range Income Distributions and occupancy
goals be adopted.
