PROPOSAL
Fayetteville Housing Authority
Fayetteville, Arkansas
Director: Bromo Wilson
Project: Valve location, identification and access at Hillcrest Tower. There
exists for the most part adequate valves to properly shut off zones of the
building for the hydronic piping and domestic hot and cold water. We propose to
locate and identify valves and provide proper access by means of new access do6rs
where required. Access doors will be painted and labeled, valves will be tagged
and valve tag legend will be provided for verification of valve function. We
will also modify the drain down capability of some valve stations as required.
We will furnish an as -built drawing showing location of all access doors on 2nd
floor level. /
This is cost plus not to exceed proposal based on project description and
• attached estimate sheet. The not to exceed price is
$8,989.00
Should you accept this proposal, work will start immediately. The project
will take approximately 30 days and payment will not be due until October.
