MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday January 28, 1987, in the office of
the authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas,
Janet Richardson, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Fries, Hudspeth, Richardson, Morgan,
Windham
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Bob Kelly, Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the December 17, 1986 Regular Meeting were approved by
motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and
carried unanimously.
•RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF ARCHITECTURAL CONTRACT FOR HOUSING
AUTHORITY OFFICE MONERNIZATION. Resolution No. 437, the resolution
was approved by motion seconded and carried unanimously. Mr Bob Kelly
of Hailey, Powers, Froning Architects explained the remodeling program.
Janet Richardson, Chairman ask for nomination for the position of Chairman
of the Board. Dan Hudspeth nominated Dr. Clarence Fries for the position
of Chairman, the motion was seconded and carried unanimously. Robert
Windham nominated Dan Hudspeth for the position of Vice Chairman, the
motion was seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority has a need for office renovation.
and has sufficient funds- in. its Section.8 Operating Reserve to fund
such. renovation and;
WHEREAS, Architectural services for this renovation is needed and;
WHEREAS, Hailey, Power, Froning Architects Ltd., is: providing services for the.
Agency fn its MOD'903 program;
NOW THEREFORE BE. IT RESOLVED_BY THE.. BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF-FAYETTEVILLE; ARKANSAS THAT;
1, Thecontract for designand renovation service be awarded
to Hailey, powers; Froning Architects Ltd, in the following
Maximum amounts-,
CAL Basic Design.and-Bid Documants Phase
