OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City ofFayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday September 24,-1986, in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Janet Richardson, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon rollcall, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Fries, Richardson, Hudspeth, Windham
Commissioners Absent: Morgan
Others Present: Mrs. Reagan, Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the August 20, 1986 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The August Financial Statement was approved by motion,seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESLOUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR REPLACEMENT OF KITCHEN
COUNTERTOPS AT LEWIS PLAZA & WILLOW HEIGHTS. Resolution No. 432 , the
resolution was approved by motion seconded and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION TO CHARGE-OFF DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS OF FORMER TENANTS FOR PERIOD
4/1/86'- 8/30/86. Resolution No. 433, the resolution was approved by motion
seconded and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE-OFF OF CERTAIN NON -EXPENDABLE EQUIPMENT LOST,
DESTROYED, OR JUNKED. Resolution No. 434, the resolution was approved by motion
seconded and carried unanimously.
Mrs. Reagan spoke to the Commissioners again about spraying of Morgan Manor fence
row. The Housing Authority assured her that they would not spray on her fence row.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 432
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
REPLACEMENT OF KITCHEN COUNTERTOPS
AT LEWIS PLAZA F, WILLOW HEIGHTS MOD 903 JOB #12
WHEREAS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority received sealed bids on September
4, 1986 for the replacement of kitchen countertops at Lewis Plaza and
Willow Heights, which bids have been opened, tabulated, and found to
be in proper form and,
WHEREAS, the bids are as follows:
1. Harold Grammer Const. Co. 16,000.00
Bentonville, AR
Turner Const. Co. 18,220.00
Springdale, AR
WHEREAS, the low bidder is Harold Grammer Const, Co., Bentonville, AR.,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, AR:
1. That the contract for replacement of kitchen countertops at
Lewis Plaza and Willow Heights be awarded to Harold Grammer
Construction Company in amount of 16,000.00.
That Bromo Wilson, Executive Director of the Housing Authority,
is hereby appointed to serve as contracting officer for the
project. The contracting officer is also delegated by the
Authority to execute any and all change orders (limited by the
policies, rules, and procedures as set forth by HUD) affecting the
contract.

RESOLUTION NO. 433
RESOLUTION TO CHARGE OFF DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS OF FORMER
TENANTS FOR PERIOD 4/1/86 - 9/30/86
A Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Fayetteville Housing
Authority authorizing the charge off of delinquent accounts of certain former
tenants in the ARK, 97-1 $ 2 Housing Projects for period of April 1, 1986
through September 30, 1986.
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Accounting Handbook RHM 7510.0, Chapter 3,
Section 13, certain past due accounts in the Ark. 97-1 P, 2 Low RentiPublic
Housing projects are considered uncollectable and all means of collections have
been exhausted, and there is no reasonable prospect of collection of such
delinquent rents and that the probable cost of further efforts to collect said
rents would not be warranted;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE. HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, THAT:
Accounts in the amount designated, due from the former tenants listed on
the attached sheets are hereby authorized to be charged off.

RESOLUTION NO:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE-OFF OF CERTAIN NON -EXPENDABLE
EQUIPMENT LOST, DESTROYED, OR JUNKED.
WHEREAS', the HUD manual 7510.1 provides for the write-off of certain
non -expendable equipment that is lost, destroyed or junked, and
WHEREAS, the most recent list of equipment that has been declared not in
working order and non -repairable and has been junked, needs to be
written off,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, that the attached list of
equipment be written off the property ledger of the Fayetteville
Housing Authority.
