The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8;30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday, June`25', 1986, in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mrs. Richardson, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Richardson, Hudspeth, Windham
Commissioners Absent: Morgan, Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY OPERATING
BUDGET FOR ARK 97-1 822 FOR PERIOD ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1987. Resolution No.
427 , the resolution was approved by motion seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO, 1112/
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OPERATING BUDGET FOR ARK 97-1 & 2 FOR PERIOD ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1987
A. Be it Resolved by the Commissioners of the Public Housing Agency of the
City of Fayetteville that:
1. The proposed expenditures are necessary in the efficient and economical
operation of the housing agency for the'purpose of servicing low-income
families.
2. The financial plan is reasonable in that:
a. It indicates a source'of funding adequate to cover all proposed
expenditures.
b. It does not provide for use. of Federal Funding in excess of that pay-
able under the provision of 24 CFR 890, Subpart A.
3. Ali proposed rental charges and expenditures will be consistent with pro-
visions of law and the' Annual Contributions Contract.
B. Pursuant to Section 860.4 of the final rule, effective April 1, 1983, the PHA
mentioned herein is re-examining the incomes of all families living in the
project at least once a year
