The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday, April 23, 1986, in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mrs. Richardson, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Richardson, Fries, Hudspeth, Windham
Commissioners Absent: Morgan
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the March 13, 1986 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried uananimously.
The March Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SOUTHWEST NAHRO ANNUAL MEETING JUNE 15-18, 1986
AT SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS. Resolution No. 419, the resolution was approved by motion
seconded and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION. Resolution No. 420 , the resolution was approved by
motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson gave a. review of the MOD projects.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION N0.' 419
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SOUTHWEST NAHRO ANNUAL MEETING JUNE
15-18, 1986 AT SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Annual Meeting of Southwest NAHRO will be held in San Antonio,
Texas, and
WHEREAS, there will be programs and discussions concerning' Public Housing
and Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency,
WHEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for
personnel designated by the Executive Director be paid to this
Meeting in accordance with the Agency's policy.

RESOLUTION NO. 420
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, feel that Wayne
Whitehead has distinguished himself by loyal, dedicated service
as Maintenance Supervisor of the Fayetteville Housing Authority,
and
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners have determined the
service of Wayne Whitehead should be publicly acknowledged, and
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners wish to recognize
and commend Wayne Whitehead.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fayetteville Housing Authority
Staff and the Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners, hereby commend Wayne Whitehead for his achieve-
ments and the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the
Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners hereby
express their gratitude to Wayne Whitehead for his loyalty and
dedication to be the best, which hereby find him to be.
