OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday, December 18, 1985, in the Authority
#1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Atkansas.
Mr. Windham, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Richardson, Hudspeth, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Fries
Others Presnet: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the November 20, 1985 Regular meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried.
The November Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried.
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SWRC/NAHRO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING FEBRUARY
15 - 17,-1986 AT ARLINGTON, TEXAS. 'Resolution # 413 , the resolution was
approved by motion, seconded and carried.
Mr. Windhams term as Commissioner expires 12/28/85, the Board re-elected Mr.
Windham to serve another five year term that will end 12/28/90.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

FEBRUARY 15 - 17, 1986 AT ARLINGTON, TEXAS
WHERE AS, the SWRC/NAHRO executive committee and standing committees will be
held at February 15 - 17, 1986 AT ARLINGTON, TEXAS
WHERE AS, Bromo Wilosn is on the SWRC/NAHRO Executive committee,
NOW'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING
' •1" AUTHORITY,-that;travel expenses for-Bromo Wilson be paid_to this meeting
i.h accordance with the agency's policy.
