• OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday, November 20, 1985, in the Authority
#1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mrs. Richardson, Vice Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Richardson, Fries, Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent: Morgan, Windham
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the October 23, 1985 Regular meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried.
The October Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried.
Mr. Wilson reported that we had received proposals for copier already in budget
from Xerox, AAA Business Machines and North West Ark. Typewriter Co. We also
need to update our Communicution System and had received proposals from Executone,
• Allcom and Arko Telephone Co.. The commissioners authorized Mr. Wilson to use his
on judgement on what system would be best for the office.

Mr. Wilson, also reported that the Director of the Springdale Housing Authority
had resigned and that the Springdale Housing Authority commissioners and HUD
had ask'him to assist the Housing Authority until they name a new director.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
