MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. October 23, 1985, in the office of the Authority
#1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Windham, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Richardson, Fries, Hudspeth, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: None
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Pat Donat, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the September 25, 1985 Regular meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried.
The September Financial Statement ended the fiscal year. Mr..Wilson gave.Aa
brief review and the statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried.
• RESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY INCREASES. Resolution # 412 , the Commissioners
approved Mr. Wilson suggested salary increases for the Housing Authority Staff,
and included a three percent increase for Mr. Wilson. The resolution was
approved by motion, seconded and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 412
RESOLUTION APPROVING SALARY INCREASES
WHEREAS, the approved budgets for the Housing Authority allows for salary
increases for certain personnel;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
HOUSING AUTHORITY that the regular annual increase of salaries listed below are
