MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETI'EVIL E, ARKANSAS
The. Housing authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas net in Regular
session at 8:30 o'clock AIM, July 17, 1985, in the office of the. Authority
#1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Windham, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Fries, Hudspeth
Commissioners Absent : Morgan, Richardson
Others Present . Bran Wilson, Michael Green
The minutes of the. June 26 1985 Regular meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried.
The. June Financial Statement was approvedby motion, seconded and carried.

APPROVING TRAVEL TO ARK/NAHRO FALL MEETING.
1406 , the resolution was approved by motion, seconded and

Michael Green of 0. Michael Green Engineering Inc., who is under contract
to the Authority for design and engineering for modernization of Boiler
System for Hillcrest Mowers under MOD 903 program, was introduced. Mr. Green
explained the new Boiler System, that is presently out for bids, and how it
would function, The Bid opening is set for July 24, 1985 at 2:00 P.M.
In order to savetimeon the installation of the boiler system the Board
of Commissioners has scheduled a special.meeting at 2:00 P.M. on July
24; 1985 for consideration of approving a contract withthe successful
bidder.
There being no further business, the meeting was 'adjourned.

10 - 13, 1985 AT ET, SMITH, ARKANSAS,
WHERE AS, the Fall Meeting of Arkansas Chanter NAHRO will be held in Ft. Smith,
Arkansas September 10 -13, 1985, and,
WHERE AS, there will be programs and discussions' concerning Public Housing and
Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE:HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF. THE FAYEPPEVTTTE HOUSINC.AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for
personnel designated by the EScecutive Director be paid to .this meeting
in accordance with the Agency''s policy,

RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SWRC/NAHRO EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING AUGUST
24 - 26, 1985 AT LAKE OF THE OZARKS, MO.
WHERE AS, the SWIG/NAHRO executive committee and standing committees will be
held at Lake of the Ozarks, MO. August 24 - 26, 1985, and,
WHERE AS, Bromo Wilson is on the SWRC/NAHRO Executive committee,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING
AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for Bromo Wilson be paid to this meeting
in accordance with the agency's policy.
