• OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8;30 o'clock A.M. June 26, 1985, in the office of the Authority,
#1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Windham, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Fries, Hudspeth, Richardson
Commissioners Absent: Morgan
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Wanda Stephens, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the May 15, 1985 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The May Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded amd carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED BUDGET #1 FOR PERIOD ENDING 9/30/85.
Resolution # 404 , the resolution was approved by motion, seconded and
carried.
RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET FOR PERIOD ENDING 9/30/86. Resolution # 405,
with addition of $15,000 for roof repairs, was approved by motion, seconded
and carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FAYEiTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY

REVISED BUDGET NO. 1 FOR ARK 97-1 & 2 FOR PERIOD ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1985
•
A. Be it Resolved by the Commissioners of the Public Housing Agency of the
City of Fayetteville that:
1. The proposed expenditures are necessary in the efficient and econanical
operation of the housing agency for the purpose of servicing low-income
families.
2. The financial plan is reasonable in that:
a. It indicates a source.of funding adequate to cover all proposed
expenditures.
b. It does not provide for.use.of Federal Funding in excess of that pay-
able under the provision of 24 CFR 890, Subpart A.
3. All proposed rental charges and expenditures will be consistent with pro-
visions of law and the Annual Contributions Contract.
B. Pursuant to Section 860.4 of .the final rule, effective April 1, 1983, the PHA
mentioned herein is re-examining the incomes of all families living in the
project at least once a year

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF FAYFITEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY
BUDGET FOR ARK 97-1 & 2 FOR PERIOD ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1986
A. Be it Resolved by the Cac¢nissioners of the Public Housing Agency of the
City of Fayetteville that:
