MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock a.m. Wednesday, April 24, 1985, in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Windham, Chairman called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Fries, Richardson, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Hudspeth
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the March 27, 1985 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The March Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SOUTHWEST NAHRO ANNUAL MEETING JUNE 9-12,
• 1985 OKLAHOMA CITY, OK.. Resolution # 403 , the resolution was approved
by motion, seconded and carried.
Bromo Wilson and Toady Edwards reported on the State NAHRO Meeting in Hot
Springs.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 403
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SOUTHWEST NAHRO ANNUAL MEETING JUNE
9-12, 1985 OKLAHOMA CITY, OK.
WHERE AS, the Annual Meeting of Southwest NMR will be held in Oklahoma City,
OK., and
WHERE AS, there will be programs and discussions concerning Public Housing
and Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CONIMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE FAYETTEVIL•E HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for
personnel designated by the Executive Director be paid to this
meeting in accordance with the Agency's policy.
