• OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS

The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, January 16, 1985 in the office of
the Authority #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Robert Windham, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Hudspeth, Richardson
Commissioners Absent: Morgan, Fries
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
The minutes of the December 19, 1984 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The December Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION. Resolution #398. The resolution was approved by
motion, seconded and carried.
Mr. Wilson gave a review on the MOD program.
There being no futher business, the meeting was adjourned

RESOLUTION NO. 398
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, feel that Jim
Shreve has distinguished himself by loyal, dedicated service
as a commissioner of the Fayetteville Housing Authority, and
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of commis'fonershave determined
services of Jim Shreve should be publicly acknowledged, and
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners wish to recognize
and commend Jim Shreve.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fayetteville Housing Authority
Staff and the Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners, hereby commend Jim Shreve for his achievements
and the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the
Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of Commissioners hereby
express their gratitude to Jim Shreve for his loyalty and
dedication to be the best, which we hereby find him to be.
