OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock. A.M., Wednesday, August 15, 1984 in theoffice of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas,
Mr. Windham, Vice Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Windham, Fries, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Shreve, Richardson
Others Present; Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards, Lynne Snider, Pat Donat
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The minutes of the July 18, 1984 Regular Meeting was approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The July Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
• RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SWRC/NAHRO EXECUTIVE. COMMITTEE MEETING
AUGUST 18-20, 1984 AT TULSA, OKLAHOMA NO. 390 , was approved by
motion, seconded and carried.

RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO ARKANSAS CHAPTER NAHRO FALL MEETING SEPTEMBER
11-14, 1984 AT HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS N0: 391 , was approved by motion,
seconded and carried.
Public Housing Occupancy and Maintenance Review and Section 8 Existing Review
made June 11 - 14, 1984 was discussed and recommendations were made by the
Board for action taken or poroosed in connection with each of the items cited.
Letter of response was mailed to HUD office in Little Rock.
Mr. Wilson, was asked to look for ways to finance and plan for expanded office
space, as the present limited space is over crowded.
There being no futher business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 390
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO ARKANSAS CHAPTER NAHRO FALL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 11 - 14, 1984 AT HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS.
WHERE AS,
WHERE AS,
the Fall Meeting of Arkansas Chapter NAHRO will be held in
Hot Springs, Arkansas September 11 - 14, 1984, and,
there will be programs and discussions concerning Public Housing
and Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel
expenses for personnel designated by the Executive Director
be paid to this meeting in accordance with the Agency's
policy.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 15th DAY OF August , 1984.
