OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8;30 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, May 23, 1984 in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Seaton, Windham, Morgan, Shreve
Commissioners Absent: Endress
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The minutes of the April 18, 1984 Regular Meeting was approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The April Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
The Board received four applications for the two positions available on
the Housing Authority Board of Commissioners: Margaret Salassi, Alice Myers,
Clarence E Fries and Janet L. Richardson. Mr. Shreve moved to accept
Clarence E Fries, Accounting Professor, University of Arkansas and Janet
L. Richardson, Director of SCAN, the motion was seconded, and carried
unanimously. Mr. Fries term will expire December 28, 198$ and Mrs.Richardson's
December 28, 1986.
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION NO 386 , approved by motion, seconded and
carried unanimously.
Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman was tabled until June meeting.
There being no futher business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 386
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff.and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, feel that Judy
Endress and Lloyd Seaton have destinguished themselves by
loyal, dedicated service as commissioners of the Fayetteville
Housing Authority, and
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners have determined
services of Judy Endress and Lloyd Seaton should be publicly
acknowledged, and
WHERE AS, the Fayetteville Housing Authority Staff and the Fayetteville
Housing Authority Board of Commissioners wish to recognize
and commend Judy Endress and Lloyd Seaton.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Fayetteville Housing Authority
Staff and the Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners, hereby commend Judy Endress and Lloyd Seaton
for their achievements and the Fayetteville Housing Authority
Staff and the Fayetteville Housing Authority Board of
Commissioners hereby express their gratitude to Judy Endress
and Lloyd Seaton for their loyalty and dedication to be the
best, which we hereby find them to be.
