OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M., Wednesday, February 15, 1984 in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Seaton, Shreve, Windham, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Endress
Other Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards, Pat Donat, Jerry Martin
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
Mr. Jerry Martin of Engineering Services presented a revised schematic drawing
of the draingge problem at Willow Heights, that included terracing retaining
walls and estimated cost figures. The plan was approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
The minutes of the January 30, 1984 Special Meeting was approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The January Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO ARKANSAS CHAPTER NAHRO SPRING MEETING, APRIL
10 - 13, 1984 AT FT. SMITH, ARKANSAS. Resolution No. 382 , approved
by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SOUTHWEST NAHRO ANNUAL MEETING JUNE 17 - 20,
1984 AT NEW ORLEANS, LA.. Resolution No. 383 , approved by motion, seconded
and carried unanimously.
Election of Commissioner was tabled until March meeting.
Election of Chairman and Vice Chairman was deferred until a Commissioner is
named.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO ARKANSAS CHAPTER NAHRO SPRING MEETING
APRIL 10-- 13, 1984 AT FT.. SMITH, ARKANSAS.
WHERE AS, the Spring Meeting of Arkansas Chapter NAHRO will be held in
Ft. Smith, Arkansas April 10 - 13, 1984, and,
WHERE AS, there will be programs and discussions concerning Public Housing
and Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel
expenses for personnel designated by the Executive Director
be paid to this meeting in accordance with the Agency's
policy.

WHERE AS, the Annual Meeting of Southwest NAHRO will be held in NEW ORLEANS
LA., 17-20 and,
WHERE AS, there will be programs and discussions concerning Public Housing
and Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for
personnel designated by the Executive Director be paid to this
meeting in accordance with the Agency's policy.
