MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o;clock A.M., Wednesday, December 21, 1983 in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Seaton, Shreve, Windham
Commissioners Absent: Endress, Morgan
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
RESOLUTION FOR AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT PLAN. Resolution No.381
approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
All other business was tabled until the Regular January Board Meeting, due
• to weather conditions, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT NO. 4
•
"RESOLVED, that the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
Employees Retirement Plan be amended in the manner set out in Amendment No. 4
to the said plan, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this
resolution.
"RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the officers of this Agency be authorized in its
behalf to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Housing Authority of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas Employees Retirement Plan, a copy of which is attached
hereto, together with any and all other instruments of any kind or character
and to take such further action as may be necessary to so amend said plan effec-
tive as of November 1, 1983.

AMENDMENT NO. 4
TO THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas desires
in conformity with the resolution of its Commissioners to amend the trust
agreement evidencing the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas Employees Retirement Plan to the extent and in the manner hereinafter
set out, and
WHEREAS, the Group Annuity Purchase Account coverage previously purchased
under the Plan is to be placed in a paid-up status, and
• WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas to amend said plan so that on the effective date of this amendment
coverage shall be issued as set out in the following pages.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the premises, the said Housing
Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas acting herein through its
Executive Director duly authorized and pursuant to the authority conferred
upon him by the aforesaid resolution does hereby amend the trust agreement
evidencing the Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas Employees
Retirement Plan in the following particular:
Item 9 of the Adoption Agreement is hereby amended to read as follows:
9. With respect to Section 3.3 and 3.9:
Contracts to be purchased: (Specify all contracts to be used. If ordinary
life contracts are desired, specify the percentage of contributions to be
used for that purpose.)
