MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Special
Session at 8:00 A.M., Friday, December 9, 1983 in the office of the Authority,
#1 North School, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Seaton, Morgan, Endress
Commissioners Absent: Shreve, Windham
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTACT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR.
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON WILLOW HEIGHTS HOUSING SITE B. Resolution No. 380
approved by motion, seconded and carried unanimously.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS ON
'WILLOW HEIGHTS HOUSING SITE B
WHEREAS, The Fayetteville Housing Authority received engineer-
ing proposals. for drainage improvements on Willow Heights Housing
Site B under the Modernization Project No. AR 97-903 and
WHEREAS, the firm of Engineerings Services Inc. was selected
and
WHEREAS, a contract within thebudget has been approved by
Department of Housing & Urban Development;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
of the CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS that:
1. The contract for design and construction services be
awarded to Engineering Services Inc. in the following
amount:
(a) Basic Design Services $13,800.00
(b) Contract administation &
construction observation
an amount not to exceed 6,150.00
Total $19,950.00
2. Bromo Wilson, Executive Director is hereby appointed
to serve as contracting officer.
