OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday, November 16, 1983 in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Seaton, Shreve, Morgan
Commissioners Absent: Endress, Windham
Other Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The minutes of the October 19, 1983 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The October Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
Mr, Wilson, Executive Director reported that he had negotiated a contact with
• Northwest Engineers, Inc. for the Willow Heights drainage project.and had
mailed it to the HUD Office in Little Rock for approval.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
