MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 A.M. Wednesday, June 15, 1983 in the office of the Authority,
#1 North School Ave. in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Seaton, Shreve, Windham, Endress, Morgan
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, secretary; Pat Donat, N.W. Ark. Times
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The minutes of the May 25, 1983 meeting were approved.

The June Financial Statement was approved.
Mr. Wilson reported on the following items:
1. Efforts to clean the retaining wall at Hillcrest Towers, which
has leaking mortar stains, was unsuccessful. Mr. Wilson suggested
that probably painting the wall was going to be the only sol-
ution to the stain problem. He asked the commissioners to offer
suggestions on what type of painting should be done.
2. A request for MOD funds for next year, which Mr. Wilson and a
HUD representative had written up for submission, was passed
out. The request will go to the Regional level for review and
Mr. Wilson will report back on their review.
Mr. Seaton called attention to the detorating signs at Lewis Plaza and suggest-
ed they be replaced with smaller new signs. Mr. Wilson said he would take
care of this matter.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
