MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A.M. Wednesday, May 25, 1983 in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Seaton, Shreve, Windham
Comissioners Absent: Endress, Morgan
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The minutes of the April 20, 1983 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The April Financial Statement Was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
Resolution Approving New Income Admission Limits For Low Income Public
Housing Projects Ark -97 1 & 2, was tabled until Mr. Wilson contacts the
Area Office to find out if this is mandatory or in the best interest of
the Housing Authority.
Mr. Wilson3presented the insurance program for Public Officals Liability
Insurance. It was discuss and decided that the Housing Authority would
purcess the insurance.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
