OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE; ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock A:M: Wednesday, April 20, 1983 in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Seaton, Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:

Wilson, Toady Edwards
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The minutes of the March 23, 1983 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The March Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO. 369 , Resolution to Charge off Delinquent Rents Project
Ark 97-2 (IOP) , seconded and carried unanimously.
Mr. Wilson ask that the May 18, 1983 meeting be moved to May 25, 1983,the
Comissioners agreed.
Mr. Seaton expressed his concern over HUD not approving individual fences for
units at Morgan Manor. He requested that this matter still be pursued in
the future in hopes that someday HUD mightapprove them.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 369
RESOLUTION TO CHARGE OFF DELINQUENT RENTS
PROJECT ARK.9.7.r2 (IOP).
WHEREAS, Project ARK. 97-2 Initial Operating Period ended 3/31/83
and;
WHEREAS, in accordance with the HUD Accounting Handbook RHM 7510.0
all rents -from former tenants whichare considered uncollectable should
becharged off so as to be reflected in the Initial Operating Period
expenses,
NOW THEREFORE, BE. IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
HQUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE THAT:
The rents in the amount designated below, due from the former
tenants are hereby authorized to be charged off.
