OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas met in Regular
Session at 8:30 o'clock a:m: Wednesday, March 23, 1983, in the office of
the Authority, #1 North School Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Mr. Shreve, Vice -Chairman, called the meeting to order.
Upon roll call, the following members were present:
Commissioners Present: Shreve, Endress, Windham
Comissioners Absent: Seaton, Morgan
Others Present: Bromo Wilson, Toady Edwards
There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted:
The minutes of the February 16, 1983 Regular Meeting were approved by motion,
seconded and carried unanimously.
The February Financial Statement was approved by motion, seconded and carried
unanimously.
RESOLUTION NO. 367 , Resolution Authorizing Travel to Arkansas Chapter
NAHRO spring meeting May 18-20, 1983 at Hot Springs, Arkansas, approved by
• motion, seconded and carried unamously.
RESOLUTION NO. 368 ,, Resolution Authorizing Travel to Southwest NAHRO
meeting June 12-14, 1983 at Little Rock, Arkansas, approved by motion, seconded
and carried unamously.
Mr. Wilson reported on fencing Morgan Manor. HUD only approved fencing the
north side. The Commissioners discuss planting trees at a later date in the
back yards for shade.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 367
RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO ARKANSAS CHAPTER NAHRO SPRING MEETING
MAY 18-20, 1983 AT HOT SPRINGS, ARKANSAS.
WHERE AS, the Spring meeting of Arkansas Chapter NAHRO will be held in Hot
Springs, Arkansas May 18-20 1983; and,
WHERE AS, there will be programs and discussions concerning Public Housing
and Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERSOF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for
personnel designated by the Executive Director be paid to this
meeting in accordance with the Agency's policy.

RESOLUTION APPROVING TRAVEL TO SOUTHWEST NAHRO ANNUAL MEETING JUNE
12-14, 1983 AT LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHERE AS, the Annual Meeting of Southwest NAHRO will be held in Little Rock,
Arkansas June 12-14, 1983; and,
WHERE AS, there will be programs and discussions concerning Public Housing and
Section 8 Housing that would benefit the Local Agency;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE FAYETTEVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY, that travel expenses for personnel
designated by the Executive Director be paid to this meeting in accordance
with the Agency's policy.
