MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
The Housing Authority of the city of Fayetteville, Arkansas
met in Regular session at 8:30 a.m., June 16, 1982, in the
office of the Authority, #1 North School, Fayetteville, AR..
The following were Present:
Judy Endress., Robert Windham, Sherman Morgan, Lloyd Seaton,
and Jim Shreve.
Commissioners Absent:
None.
Others Present:
Bromo Wilson, Don Froning - architect, and Betty Jordan.
There being a quorum present, the following business was
transacted:
The Minutes
Moved by Mr.
- Regular Meeting, May 26, 1982.
Seaton, seconded by Mr. Windham, and carried.
The May - Financial Statement.
Moved by Mr. Seaton, seconded by Mrs. Endress, and carried.
Other Business:
Mr. Shreve, Chairman announced that Mr. Bromo Wilson,
was named Executive Director, and Coretta Edwards, was named
Adminstrative Assistant Director, for the Fayetteville Housing
Authority. Mr. Shreve, stated that there would also be a
salary comparison for the job.
Letter received from Elizabeth Reagan, dated 6/15/82.
Mrs. Reagan's main two concerns were:
(1) Her private road, which the construction company will
restore, and
(2) Her fence, which at the time the fence is staked the
company will notify Mrs. Reagan, to look at it, before
it is put into the ground.
Mr. Wilson, will comply to all of Mrs. Reagan's wishes by letter.

Mr. Froning, architect stated to the Board, that the bid for
cleaning the wall at the Hi -Rise, approximately $1300. The
Board would like a small sample test to see if this will work.
Mr. Froning, stated to the Board, that SWEPCO will reconsider
installing lights at the New Site.
The Board discussed the type of mail boxes to use at the New
Site, and it is the consensus of th Board,to go along with
locking boxes. Meeting adjourned.
Executive session followed.
After the Executive session the following salary adjustments
were approved effective the next pay period.
